Job Responsibilities:
Interact with customers, answer calls and emails, and offer luxury travel options.
Provide expert information on flight schedules, pricing, and other travel services.
Handle booking and reservation requests based on clients' preferences, needs, and budgets.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
Work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
GDS knowledge.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
A passion for learning and growing within the luxury travel industry.
Availability to work late shifts.
