Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 2000 trucks on the roads.

Boekestijn Transport Service trucks have traveled just about everywhere; from the Ural Mountains to the Strait of Gibraltar and from Turkey to Finland. It’s the challenge for Boekestijn Transport Service to fulfill all your wishes. Whether it is the transportation of a Formula 1 car to the racing circuit in Monza or the Dutch National football team’s footballs that are needed in Belarus.

We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations. If you enjoy helping things run smoothly and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

In this role you will:

Handle emails, phone calls, and incoming mail;
Welcome guests and manage with office visits;
Coordinate with service providers (coffee machines, utilities, contractors);
Book flights and hotels for business travel;
Maintain office supplies, groceries, and water supply;
Organize company events and activities;
Check office facilities (lights, cameras, alarm systems);
Manage branding materials and employee benefits reports;
Support other administrative tasks as needed;
Visa process management.

Requirements:

English proficiency (minimum B2); Russian is a plus;
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented;
Ability to work independently in a team;
Flexible and adaptable to new tasks;
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
