Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented candidates to join our Store Product Managers team in our HQ in Istanbul, Turkey. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the right products reach the right stores at the right time. Collaborating closely with store teams, product teams, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimizing product allocation, improving sales performance, and driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibility will comprise a group of our stores in a country and one of our five distribution brand groups: Women, Men, Girls, Boys or Accessories&Footwear.

The Candidate We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields (preferred).
Preferably prior experience in retail or merchandising roles.
A genuine interest in fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively and adapt quickly to challenges.
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
A self-motivated and curious individual with a willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in English (required).

Analyze store level sales data to understand product performance and adjust allocation decisions accordingly.
Monitor and identify global and local trends by researching competitor stores, e-commerce platforms, and social media to align product offerings with local customer preferences.
Maintain strong communication with store teams to gather feedback on product preferences and needs.
Collaborate with product teams to share insights on customer demand and market trends.
Make informed decisions on product allocation, considering past performance, expectations and market dynamics.
Collaborate with store teams to maximize in-store product performance, such as adjusting displays, improving stock levels, or recommending promotional activities.
Visit stores and competitors to stay updated on new arrivals, customer preferences, and market movements.
Leverage data tools and reports to track sales performance while maintaining a practical, commercial, and results-oriented approach.
Establish professional relationships with international store teams, HQ-based product teams and other stakeholders and communicate effectively in English.
