Sales Associate

• Salary starting 7000 lei per month
• Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Your responsibilities:

• Generate leads for truck, trailer rental/ sales, cargo equipment / conestoga kits sales
• Answer calls and provide information to customers on all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, What's App, Telegram, Viber etc.)
• Prospect potential customers (cold calls)
• Assist Sales Manager with day-to-day tasks
• Update CRM on a daily basis
• Report to Sales Manager and General Manager on a weekly basis
• Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
• Analyze the market potential, track sales and status reports 
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain relation and manage accounts of current clients
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and present to those clients all benefits of products and services

Our expectations:

• Organized, fast-learner, empathic and persuasive 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Quickbooks, Monday.com or similar software
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English (B2-C1).
• Some experience in trucking industry (preferred but not required)
• Should be comfortable with cold calling
