Description of the Role
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our talented professionals. In this role, you will be directly responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality .NET applications in the FinTech industry.
This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles, extensive experience with Microsoft frameworks, strong front-end development skills, and advanced problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable.NET applications using best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Providing support and mentorship for junior and mid-level developers.
• Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Develop front-end components using modern frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Propose innovative ideas and solutions beyond the initial requirements to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern front-end framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of Git VCS
• Some experience with DevOps (CI/CD) tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to mentor and train junior and mid-level developers.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with the development of actor systems (e.g. Akka.NET, MS Orleans)
• Experience with integrating/using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Large Language Models (LLM)
